On the day you move in, please introduce yourself at the Porters’ office so that they can take your contact details and explain first hand how several things operate; such as mail collections, rubbish collection, the intercom, keys to different doors, dry cleaning service and so forth. There is also a lift key available on request to hold the doors open manually when transporting bulky or multiple items. Holding the doors open by hand damage the lifts and sets off an alarm.
