The protocol was created by Bram Cohen, who wrote the first BitTorrent client in Python, on April 4, 2001. The first version was launched on July 2, 2001. Torrents have been very popular ever since, and are becoming more and more convenient every year.  Torrent used to be unsafe. Now there is a very large selection of anonymous and secure torrents at thenewpiratebay.org

Torrents appeared a long time ago. And I'm very glad they exist, because it's very convenient. You can download any movie and watch it without advertising and for free.

What exactly is meant by good vpn or torrents, I'm extremely curious to know what they mean. I read about them first in https://www.bigeasymagazine.com/2020/05/18/get-help-from-college-paper-writing-s... I've ever read. Ever since then though, I can't figure out what they mean.
